The purpose of the Exterior Housing Fix-up Grant is to improve the property’s exterior quality, safety, appearance and to extend its physical longevity.

The new grant program will be launched in March of 2012. To be placed on our Exterior Housing Fix-up Grant mailing list to receive an application form, please contact our housing coordinator at JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING .

To be eligible for the grant, your property must be located in the Daniel McIntyre or St. Matthews neighbourhood area between Ingersoll to Victor and Portage to Notre Dame, and not have received a fix-up grant in the past for that same property.
